Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shine in your new pieces, but if you aren't completely obsessed, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sequin and embellished items must be handled with care to remain eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sparkle

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
